Refund and Returns Policy

We believe in satisfying and delighting our customers. The product which we sell we believe is the best customer can get at the price. Our return policy is made keeping our valuable customers in mind and hence we have an easy transparent procedure for it. However, we wish that you do not need to use the policy as far as possible but we do understand that under unforeseen conditions it is necessary to replace/return the product. Items that have reduced selling price are considered as sale items and which are sold at full price are considered non-sale (fresh) items.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests will be accepted strictly within 4 hours of placing the order only.

Returns/Exchanges for Customers in India:

In the odd case that you do not love your Spiritualbag products, here is our policy on returns:

  1. Products that are eligible for a return, can be returned within 10 days. Eligible products will be easily visible on our product screens under shipping information.
  2. Sorry, but we’re unable to offer exchanges on orders paid for via Razorpay.
  3. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should generate a return or exchange within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  4. Not all products are eligible for returns. In order to maintain fairness to our artisans and craftsmen, as well as keep our prices fair, many items are “Final Sale.” Please make it a point to understand which products are eligible for returns before purchasing.
  1. The Spiritualbag Care team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, we will arrange for a return pick up at an agreed-upon time.
  2. Once your return has been authorized, we’d be happy to process your refund. You can choose to receive a refund in the form of store credit, which will reflect in your Spiritualbag account within 24 working hours from when the product is picked up by our courier partner. However, if you’d like to receive the amount back to the same payment mode that you used to place this order, we will initiate the refund after we receive the item and it has gone through the necessary quality checks.
  3. We aim to process all returns within one (1) week. If you have any questions about your return, feel free to reach out to the Spiritualbag Care team at info@spiritualbag.com.
  4. All returns are subject to the discretion of Spiritualbag. But we’re a friendly bunch


Returns/Exchanges for International Customers:

We are based in Faridabad and any shipments outside India we do not take it back. We can consider exchanging if the customer ships it back. The cost of reverse shipment will not be beard by Spiritualbag. However, as our customer base is growing internationally we are working on returns and exchanges and soon will come up with a policy for the same.
